1. 01Lead objection & appeal engagements from notice assessment to drafted objection, escalation, and Tax Court accompaniment.
2. 02Review positions before submission — test every position against the examiner's likely reading and confirm the rule basis.
3. 03Mentor junior consultants — build judgment on the team, show the reasoning path.
4. 04Client counsel — translate complex positions into board-ready explanations.

Persyaratan

• Registered Tax Consultant (BKP) at level B or C
• 5+ years in tax disputes, objection, or audit defense
• Experience serving as or alongside a tax examiner (KPP background a strong plus)
• Attorney licence for Tax Court accompaniment (preferred)
• Strong written reasoning — positions must be defensible on paper
